Experience
Chris is a commercial real estate appraiser and has been with L&A Appraisal since June of 2020. He has been in real estate appraisal since 2012 when he was hired with the City of Milwaukee as a Senior Property Appraiser and Certified Assessor II level. With the City of Milwaukee his primary responsibilities included large multi-family apartment and condo properties in Downtown Milwaukee. Since joining L&A Appraisal Chris has broadened his focus to be proficient in commercial appraisals of industrial, manufacturing, retail, mixed use and office properties.
