Kelsey is a commercial real estate appraiser for L & A Appraisal and previously worked as a commercial appraisal technician in our firm. Before coming to L&A, she worked for an accounting firm in Madison. Networking within various groups, including WCREW, you may see her around town attending events and promotions. Today, Kelsey’s specialty is appraising apartment buildings/multi-family properties. She certainly enjoys appraising other property types, such as retail space, office buildings, restaurants, and industrial buildings. Her job takes her all over Wisconsin, Kenosha, Janesville, Brookfield, Stevens Point, the Fox Valley, and the general Milwaukee area. Hard work, extensive research, and accurate appraisals are what you will find when Kelsey is doing your appraisal.
