Scott has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 2000. He has experience appraising all property types including retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, vacant land, land development, gas stations, restaurants, bars, and fee takings.
Today, Scott’s specialty is appraising single-family subdivisions, condominium developments, raw land, and vacant commercial parcels while still appraising other property types. Traveling to Sheboygan, Waukesha, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Janesville, and Kenosha are only some of the areas where his appraisals take him. Scott travels throughout the state of Wisconsin, even to Eau Clarie and Wausau!
